008 is a transparent glass container, so its going to be hard to see. As for SCP-500, can you post a screenshot/ short video of you spawning in the entity?
I cannot fix something a can't replicate. I am still able to spawn everything in fine.
PS. Played in Multiplayer but didn't test it out in Singleplayer

Yeah, I noticed this myself a few days ago, working on a fix, though admitidly progress is slow since there does not appear to be a reason for this to happen. A fix should be done sooner or later though. :p
Alrighty, found a workaround for now, if you enter the servers own console (through TCAdmin or whatever you use) and you will need to type out the commands yourself, those being : scp_infect_range numbergoeshere and scp_infect_time numbergoeshere
