When ever i download this map its not showing up in my maps and i restarted my computer!It sill wont work

The best method I know is to go to your steam installation folder and follow this path
\steamapps\workshop\content\440\786267802
The map should be located there, copy it over to your tf2 maps folder
\steamapps\common\Team Fortress 2\tf\maps
Then in console you type "map tr_monoculus_b2"
Valve just didn't bother to make it work any simpler. (This is how it needs to be done with all maps off workshop)
