Report a translation problem
In my games, characters from the French, Norman, Dutch, Hungarian and Russian cultures aren't being converted. In one game the leading Seljuks weren't converted either, though other Turks were. I've linked a screenshot so you can see:

*Edit: I should add, the version is up to date with all DLCs bar Sunset Invasion active and only ruler designer unlocked also active mod-wise.
*Edit: The conversion appears to go fine with the 769 start, which combined with those particular cultures being issues leads me to believe the problem is with converting composite cultures from later start dates/certain conditions.
Still a great mod overall, though :D

Yeah, the other mods are heavily out of date. Does it work with a 769 start, no other mods running? That sorted a similar issue for me, since the mod only works with that start date. On another note, in ruler designer/console can you see/add the traits?
@Ganet, how the mod works is after the first loadup, an event fires for EVERY INDIVIDUAL CHARACTER that converts them to their fantasy counterpart. The total map conversion takes about 1 in game year to complete entirely. To see how it works, DO NOT choose a racial trait, fantasy culture, or fantasy religion in ruler Designer, the event will assign one to you.
Again, dragons while playable, are not featured atm so bugs surrounding them are being ignored atm.

Ruler Designer Unlocked! = RDU
Your Personal Castle = YPC
The crash to desktop happens when playing with GFX + RDU + YPC. I tried making a new game, and got another CTD. Always a few (less than 10) years after the start.
I swapped out GFX and added "Fantasy! Adds Elves, Dwarves, Dragons..." (along with RDU+YPC) and got no crash.
I only mentioned this since you said you were inspired by the Fantasy! mod. I can send you the saves or give you more information if that would help.
