Automated Ark 3 and Add-ons
AA2 maintainance.
I realise your on AA3 now, but a lot of servers still use AA2 because the multi-mod split was unnaceptable to some server hosts. Theres a major issue with the AA::generator where the inventory cant be accessed. Is there any odds of a fix being backported to AA::2 for those of us on servers unable to upgrade?

I agree with shayne.oneill, a lot of server hosts are not adopting new aa3 due to multiple file configs needed as well as the larger file size... and are still running the broken aa2 files... please, one final update on aa2.. pretty please :steamsad:
yes i was just wondering the same thing I used aa2 because it was what i thought was current i realize it is not now, however i know several servers that will continue to use aa2 because of the mod split. but there is currently an issue with the aa gen.
Yes need this please or at least an option for AA 3 to be together
I am new to Ark, Love this game! I recently started using AA2, same problem with the generator, work around for this is to use the s+ transfer tool to put the gasoline in its inventory., Worked like a charm.. I also had a problem with the range (Green Line) I use the s+ troph instead, it has a greater range, but you will have to keep an eye on it.. Have a great day guys!

The only issue I am having with AA2 is that every time I try and place AA:: Smithicator it crashes the game.
the Inprint Kibble is not working anymore it crashes the Server :( every time i give the Kible to the babys the Server gos down
I'm probably late to this but I was also using AA 2 for that very reason, not wanting to add so many Mod Addons and the file size difference. Well, the only workaround I had for the generators is you just gotta place them, and then stuff some Oil and Hide into the industrial forge and it'll auto send to generators. you can't access the generator inventory or options so the range is pretty short too..

Tbh eventually I just converted to AA 3 cause of too many hassles I had to deal with, but even AA 3 has its own downsides. I made a post about some structures in AA3 not having functional OCD pulling system. Like freezers, where I wanted to list perishable things like Meat n Berries but they're not being pulled so I have to use a Vault or sort manually, which defeats the purpose of this mod anyways. I wish we'd get some updates.

I am not sure if it is my server, but I have the AA3 with 7 addon mods they broke up. The last 7, seem to load very fast, almost like it is skipping them. Not sure the reason, but I would suggest test it out and see for yourself. I have 22 Mods on mine, and the average load time is 7 mins, some people get on the server in 2mins
I've seen a comment about having to write down the active mods in the "ActiveMods=" parameter in GameUserSettings.ini
If you're using a host like Nitrado there's a section where you add mods but they don't automatically get added to "ActiveMods=" so you have to do it manually.
I also had issues with AA3 Kitchen Addon not picking up OCD registered items cause the addon wasn't in "ActiveMods="
Dev don't care to fix AA2 but AA3 is ass and no server hosts use it. I will just use S+/SS wireless gen and then move to the TEK gen. I will use AA2 until the rest of it breaks, but after that I am done. AA3 sucks and I refuse to use it.
