Which mods are used in the pictures?

I'm playing one of my own classes from my mod:

Darkthan's Classes, it's the Blackguard!

Here's my load order:

Improved Vitality,
Diablo III UI,
Path Of Torchlight,
Darkthan's Classes,
Synergies Skill Unlock,
Synergies Low Population,
Synergies Mod,
LAO 2.0 light,
Blanks Landmarks,
and Extra Chunky.
