Try this first:

In case you're encountering any graphical glitches (which I'm not aware of), try to clean the game's texture cache by deleting the files in
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\USERNUMBER\446800\local\texture_cache\C__Steam_steamapps_workshop_content_446800_808996270_res_textures_tracks
AND
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\USERNUMBER\446800\local\texture_cache\res\textures\tracks

Falls ihr irgendwelche graphische Fehler bemerkt (von denen ich nichts weiss), versucht den Texturenzwischenspeicher zu leeren durch Löschen der Dateien unter
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\USERNUMBER\446800\local\texture_cache\C__Steam_steamapps_workshop_content_446800_808996270_res_textures_tracks
UND
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\USERNUMBER\446800\local\texture_cache\res\textures\tracks

Hi. im trying to find it on the built in mod browser but i cant find it. and if i download it from the web it doesnt download. Could you help?

Using the Steam Client:
Take sure you are subscribed and then in the Steam library right click on Transport Fever (1) and go to "Properties", then under "Workshop" take sure it's listed and the checkbox is ticked.
