Multi-Game Crossover File?

Any thoughts towards making the map compatible with SFM, Blender and Gmod?

I'm asking, because I've got plans to make some fanmade parody episodes based after Legend of Everfree, but can't find this map anywhere else... so, um, could you by any chance find a way to make this map/world transferable to other games/animation platforms? It would be amazing if you can!

Lol I know I'm four years late but there's a GMod version on the GMod workshop compatible with SFM, released 2020 if you're still interested.
