How do I attach this to a model?
I don't know if I'm just stupid or something, but I don't know how you *stick* these to the character models. I'm not animating, I'm just trying to make a poster, and I have no clue how to get it on the character.

You would drag the particle system for that decal and place it on the character model. Then you rotate the decal so that it is facing the correct way. Hope this helps.

This is a serious necro, but i don't care.
I have the same issue as OP, so can somebody send me a detailed tutorial with images please? I would highly appreciate it.
