One side of metro station's connection has problem

I'm not sure the problem is caused by this mod... when I connect the track to any kind of station , one side ( not both side) of connection becomes tunnel entrance.

This is an issue with Fine Road Anarchy 2 apparently. There is an updated version on the workshop that should help. I think it is a new mod altogether (with the same name so make sure you unsub the old before subbing the new)
