Issue with Adding Stations on Existing Tracks

I am using MOM latest and its been a wonderful experience. But whenever I try to add a new Station (UG/G/E) , my lines stop working and I cannot redraw line, until I delete all stations in the route and re-do. My other mods include TMPE, Ped builder , Efficient Transfer Manager)
