Visual Issue with One-way Train Tracks?

Every time I got into the saved game, my metro system(track and stations) downward several feet

Ghost Mode - Corrupted Game

Due to track connectivity issue, I tried disabling the mode by first enabling Ghost Mode then loaded the game, then saved again, quit to main menu , disabled the ode by doing “off” in mods section of content manager. When I loaded the game back all my UG tunnels became visible and my game very very slow. Please help me.
