10.0.0 update installs 9.0.1
As stated, the new update when selected seems to install the older version it seems.

It's fixed for me now. Try unsubscribing from the mod, closing the game, then resubscribing and reopening it. It fixed it for me.

Not only unsub and resub but I gave Steam 10 minutes to do it and it eventually did. Steam is bad with making sure these things are up to date, it's weird.
