I agree with you, but to moderate near 900 people on an active server would either require an army of volunteers or me working full time on it. As a game designer, I obviously don't have that option. If it were a Discord for a kid's game, I'd go to such lengths. But this is a Discord for a mature game, and online communities are generally going to contain mature content.

So friend... do you realize we are playing a game about an ancient unspeakable horror awakened by the mad lust for power of a debauched nobleman, and that we are trying to fight it by recruiting merciless bandits, religious fanatics and disturbing tentacle-summoning occultists? People who will most likely lose their sanity in the attempt and whose only confort is burying their sorrows in the fleshly pleasures of wine and prostitution?

Thanks. I wasn't really trying to start an issue or rant. I would be lying if I said I did not swear out of anger occasionaly. It's just when you have time to type words out I don't see the need for some language. But I regress, I doubt the ramblings of an old man have any impact at all on the world.
