I'm not sure what's wrong. I did have Rosetta 2.0 (the newer one) on but I turned it off as well. Whatever is happening has completely stonewalled my France game as whenever my ships get nearby the Leviathan added provinces my game immediately crashes. It also crashes if I zoom in on it with terra incognita off from the start menu with Rosetta off.
