Still can't find how to store water.
I've been trying and trying. I've turned on Dev mode and tried several things. Nothing works to store water. Piped pump/Ground capacity seems to be the only thing that works. That and the simple latrine, water bucket and well.

its just like real life, well > pump > storage tank

I've did it. I was using the wrong well (F*ing stupid me). I really wanted it to work. Thanks >_>)/
