you need to valve off the wells before they contaminate the towers, pumps dont matter, the wells pull water from the ground and that water comes from aquifers and rivers and rain so its all contaminated if there's toxic fallout. But they can still use toilets without a problem and they dont actually need to shower, they can just stink for a while

i should add that it takes 2 days for the toxic fallout to build up to the point that the water table becomes contaminated, then it takes a little while longer for the towers to actually become contaminated, so you have a lot of time to prepare and store up water or fill some water butts or wash tubs and so on

Oh i also forgot to mention that deep wells are immune to fallout too!

I am just wondering if they should affect primitive well, too? Because it doesn't seems like so, my primitive well were all acting normal through out the toxic fallout. If they are suppose to get affective by the fallout. Does it means my only way to keep some water well be spamming the primitive bathtub as a naked brutality start, since I am so far away from researching electricity or even water tower?
