It's a bit of a pain having pawns in my infirmary being upset because they have to soil themselves/can't relieve themselves. From what I know the real life solution to bed-bound patients who will have an extended stay is the use of catheters (at least when it comes to urine). Could an operation be added possibly under a research to install a catheter? I'm well aware of the bedpans, but maybe have catheters negate the mood debuff from needing to relieve themselves and the soiling themselves. To sort of even it out maybe have it only work in the hospital beds.
