More than a year later but:

Why don't you create a consignment NPC?

You give all your sh#t to him/her and he/she'll sell everything in a few days.

Come back -> profit.

Also, speaking of money, why don't you create a Bank? In the bank you can invest all your money to get like 0,3~1% profit from it.

Maybe see if you can get the program to acknowledge that Air Castle is a home and allow you to adopt up to 6 kids for the home?
