Awesome, thanks for the pictures, I think I know exactly what's causing the issue now! Should be able to get out a fix this evening, in the meantime if you paste on the module onto the back of the turret with the arrow pointing straight up it should work fine
Thanks!

Got the same problem without the large grid rotor using the small rotor head with the simple small grid.

@Boldro if you want to easily share screenshots, just take them with steam (standart F12) and upload them via steam and post the link here, it will show the picture like mine.

P.S.: No mods installed.

Yup, same issue, if you install the module, same location but with the LCD arrow pointing up, it should work as normal (that is the Orientation that I did most of my testing), let me know if it fixes it, and thanks for the bug report! Will be fixed properly later today

Awesome :D although surprised it worked as shown! The modules need to be located on the middle section of the turret, in that orientation, interesting to know they work directly attached to the arms though! Thanks!

yeah i just tried it to look if it also possible, if i build only one in the middle one of the sides will not move

The modules do support multiple arms, if you have multiple modules on the center section each module will grab the closest arm, I've done it a few times for some small ship flak turrets

Ah okay, thank ya

Won't there be any conflict with the turret rotor?
Seemed to for me. :/

I've been trying to create a Turbolaser tower all day and yesterday.
Finally given up, as I want to play alittle in my survival game again. :p

I finally figured out why the turret wouldn't move but the guns did (appearantly the attachmentpoint from large to small grid was a rotor, except it had no torque or rotor offset values :p )

Once I figured that out, I designed a new one, but now the elevation rotor and guns blew up trying to move.

Another one worked fine in that respect, and also fired both guns, but was aiming far too low.

So I gave up for now. :p

you sure that the laserturret is supported for this script?

Yes, and no. :)

I had thought about it, but never got around to testing it. But it may be a hit and miss with it.
I got one turret to fire both but aiming was way off, and another only fired one and on target, though that one had 2 EL rotors so ....

I'll try again later. Right now I'm in the middle of building my hangar in an astroid.
Maybe I will finally have a large room with air in it. :p

I'm wondering if, perhaps, the aiming was off because these turrets lead their target.

You may have a point there. I will test this in my creative world.
I have litterally more then 20 weapons mods. lol
i will test some of them to see if its lead bassed is the issue.
