This mod is Awesome
This mod may only add a whopping new 11 items, but each one is a masterstroke of genius - they're on the level of those, as what I like to call, "Wow Factor Items." (i.e. Magic Mushroom or Laser.)

The shop becomes an engine of enterprise: need to open some Yellow Chests or bust open some stones standing in your path?

Well, just buy the iconic Silver Key, or the memorable Stick of Dynamite!

If you're lucky, you might even find the (broken but in the fun way) awesome Antique Key or epic Pack of Dynamite, which provide - wait, what?! Double the resources!?
That's Gamerdiculous!

So what does this mod add, other than a heck ton of nuance and tactical game-feel to Isaac?
Artistic vision. Each item stays true to the game's harsh, thematic tones, while also exploring bold new territory (btw I haven't gotten all of the endings in the game but my friend Tony has.)

The Antique Key - just the name alone stirs intrigue, but the sprite makes you think even harder - what could it unlock? What dark secrets could be hidden behind the thing that it could unlock? What does Antique mean? The stick of dynamite - could this be why Isaac's basement is so big? (Explosions?) But then you have the more truly thematically complex items: items such as the Large Health Potion, or the Page of Mage Armor, for instance, boldly takes the Binding of Isaac's Repentance into an awesome new fantasy territory, which I just think is awesome. I hope these items get added in the next booster pack!
