steel tool trouble
Blacksmith make rough tool and put into storage. But when people pick it up,it display "steel tool" ,not "rough tool".And performance of it is steel tool.

I've repeated uninstall and install of steam many times,but the same thing happens.
After changing windows10 from windows7,It happens.

Please tell me what I should do.

I find that strange too when I played my "Waterland" theme but in fact the tools are really rough
Because i must put a steel tool production on the rares little island .. these tools was using and destroy so fast..
