LordWellington, maybe you can have a look, which of the two translations offered there you consider the better one.
Sadly, it doesn't have the same font style and formating, but it's close enough.
Is it possible to change into a more familiar font style?
But you need an editable source file: Html, Word or whatever that Estonian manual was made with. A pdf is very hard to modify. If the author has published something like that, then its easy (howto depends on actual file format), if not: Maybe ask the author to give it to you or do it himself.
