2.sorry, I don't understand this question...my english is not well... is different state in the roman histroy, each state of history roman has different religon status and unit from. By doing so, you can make different possible for the roman histroy.
3. you can choose, if you want rebuilt. civil be come unhappy because religon conflict, this only happen you are build paganism temple. Try to think your king build a paganism temple instead of the national religion temple in the city, what will people think about it...if you remove the paganism temple, it will be fine
