[LWP] Fixer Class(Cyborg Hitman)

Fixer Feedback
First off, this class is awesome. Making the jump from basic xcom 2 to LW2 left an android-shaped hole in my heart because the CPU custom class I used simply wasn't compatable with the Long War mod. The Fixer has filled that void, and so far I'm really loving the uniqueness of the class!

After some time spent with the Fixer, here's some general thoughts:
- The custom skills kick butt. Overdrive and Radioactive Ammo are particularly cool, and I thank you for adding them to my arsenal!
- The Fixer seems to struggle at being a sniper a bit more than other Long War 2 classes, both built into the LW2 and scattered elsewhere on the workshop. While the Sharpshooter, Survivalist, Sniper, Hunter and Assassin have the all-powerful squadsight either innately or as a promotion, the Fixer has to work harder to keep up. A Run and Gun/Conceal sniper is a cool idea, but something just kept feeling off. Which brings me to the next thought:
- I'm sorta tempted to dive into the config fiile, scrap Snap Shot and the sniper rifle, and opt to assign the class an assault rifle instead. The lack of squadsight, the concealment gameplay, and the defensive abilities like Mechanical Chassis and Blast Padding all feel like they'd lend themselves much better to an assault rifle or shotty playstyle.
- Conceal seems redundant with the existance of Skinchanger. I understand it's an option to get around the negative aspect of Skinchanger, but it seems unnessessary. Besides, Skinchanger is just way cooler thematically. :)
- Holy crap, that's a lot of skills given to squaddie Fixer!

That's all the critical feedback I can think of at the moment; take from it what you will!
