Balancing
I definitely want Kekistan to be a strong Civilization, but don't want to break the game.
If you've got any suggestions for rebalancing, I'm happy to hear them.

I'm planning on adding Unique Units for opposing factions, that I havn't added yet. I'll stick with the Civ 5 recipe of 2 Uniques per Civ. Yeh, music, I'm definitely considering adding Shadilay as combat theme, aswell as the Beat from "The Next Episode" as peace theme (Because it's less repetetive). The thing is: I'm not sure if this falls under fair use. So can I use it or not? Not 100% sure.

I'd say reduce the culture of the Meme Farm, +2 on all farms that early in the game makes them way too good, and they stockpile much more culture than everybody else, making it incredibly difficult to win a cultural victory with them present. I'd say start with +1 culture right off the bat, then have a later tech add another +1 somewhere in Industrial, then the existing extra +1 from internet.

Hm intersting... However in the early game food is much more important. And in the midgame other nations (e.g. France with their Chateau) have similar improvements that provide +2 culture and some other things.
If placed correctly, the polynesian unique improvement provides even more culture.
At a point where a meme farm only provides 1 Culture, I would not build it.
Meme farms have the same requirements as the farms, so are almost always better.

The real upside of meme farms is that they get better the more agricultural techs have been researched (not on the culture side but on the food side)

All in all, I don't think it's overpowered. Note that I optimized the AI to prioritize Culture Victory, so that's probably why you're struggling

The Unique units don't have unique models, adding those was way too difficult and hacky (there's no propper API for those).
Other than that, everything is finished and should work without causing errors.
