I don't want to sound ungreatful your mod has given me and my friends countless hours of joy, thank you so much for your content.
A realistic way of representing it may be filling it in with stars as normal, but increasingly disabling hyperlane connections and lowering the amount of habitable planets the closer we get to the core, reflecting the potential difficulties of travel and staying there permanently.
But then we also have to remember we're dealing with empires with FTL, shields and the ability to construct ringworlds and solid dyson spheres.
Also, I would bet money that 1) the core will soon be an in-game option and 2) Paradox are going to release a DLC about it.
I'm glad you enjoy it though!
I was trying to get an up close shot of the Primitive space station but I couldn’t zoom in close enough.
