Can't bring up the religious menu either.
Saving and reloading and restarting the game didn't do anything as well.
You would need to also use a mod that increases the max religion cap like p0kiehl's Religion Expanded:
https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1178185727
which increases the cap to 16.
For my mod, I chose not to increase the religion cap as I purposefully avoided any changes that might impact gameplay.

I'll look into it, but it might be a long while before I have a chance to update this mod again. Thanks.
Historical Religions doesn't edit the pantheon or belief tables, it just adds new entries into the religion table and text files. So, on it's own this mod shouldn't be able to interfere with the pantheon belief. The exception would be if another mod hardcoded the belief to only work with specific religions (likely the default ones), but that's not how the belief is coded in the base game and I don't know why a mod would do that.
It's possible pokiehl's Religion Expanded mod is interfering, as that mod does edit the pantheon and belief tables. However, you'll have to ask him if that's the case. I don't really remember how he coded everything in it.
