Modding novice here - seems like it isn't I seem to be having issues having the trader screen come up. Just wanted to let you know you are not the only one wondering/wishing for a fix for this.

there is a workaround:

"Hey I fixed it! It was Concise Ui after all. All you have to do es go to the folder where CUI is stored (steam\steamapps\workshop\content\289070\1671978687), go to the "modules" folder and put a hyphen in front of the trade deal folder (so it says -trade_panel). This disables that specific module and allows this mod to work correctly."

This fix worked for me- I only use CUI and Infixo's mod series, and renaming the trade panel folder is giving me Better Trade Screen when I click the Trade Panel button.
