scripting & 3d board

I added scripting to my local save to:

choose a random orientation for building blocks (helps makes buildings look more varied)
rotate people towards the direction they were moved
automatically return blocks to their correct bag if dropped off the board

I also put a 3d board together because it looks better with more depth :)

You're welcome to either / both of these changes if you want them.
