I think it should have a cool mechanic where it takes blood from an enemy and when you hit an ally they gain heath but it has to have blood to heal. as for damage, idk

+20% damage, attacks heal self for 15hp per hit
-30% swing speed

Positives:
33% life steal

Negatives:
25% damage penalty
+35% Uber buildup rate
-20% swing speed
-10% movement speed
Can only be healed with medkits with item out

maybe it could steal the blood of enemys and when you wacked your teammates they gain health depending on how much blood you have in the weapon

(-) Ubercharge rate bonus is capped at +100%!

Ok, do-over. Like damn, I was terrible at making stats back then.

+5% swing speed
-10% Ubercharge rate
When you stab an enemy, you gain some Uber. It starts with +1, and the cap is +10.

These are probably terrible stats, but I don't care. At least they're better than my last ones.
