What type of weapon could this be?
I was thinking this saw would be a vampire type weapon.
some stats

50% damage dealt is given to the medic (like life leech or something)
causes bleed
-1 heath regen
+5% swing speed
-15% damage
causes -5% overheal on any medigun while weilding

what do you think?
