Hi thought of feature suggestion: Let us trade planets for agreements or standing with an empire.

I had 3 planets that were between 2 empires, and I was cut off, so I wanted to trade them to the empires but saw I wasn't going to get anything. I ended up giving them to the empire anyways for nothing because one of them was going to war dec me to acquire them.
