Help Improve this MOD
This is what I am asking of those who wish to provide input to help me improve these voice packs:
  • Don't bother telling me to remove background elements. Where this can be done it will be done, but I am not going to choose poor end quality after editing, over the tracks' inclusion. If a track is obscenely muddied by background elements it will likely be removed entirely.
  • To fully integrate a mod of this kind into your game I highly recommend that you use background music. Even though I'm going to do my best to remove and reduce background sounds where I can, some of the best lines have music that will be noticeable post-editing.
  • I was unable to completely test every possible sound cue before providing the mod. Also, there's been no clear documentation I've been able to find about what sound cues are triggered by what game action or which ones are not used (which a few are not used). This means that I can not be 100% certain that a voice line has not been placed in an awkward cue where it really shouldn't belong. So, if you notice that a line is just simply out of place, tell me what was said and what action triggered it.
  • When judging a line please do keep in mind that these were not written for, and never given consideration to be used anywhere but in the work from which they were sampled. As a player, you're going to have to judge and narrate the context for yourself.

I was working on this same exact mod myself before I eventually stopped for reasons. I extracted a lot of audio clips from SAC and and some from 2nd GIG. I also didn't go so far as to get voices for the secondary Section 9 members that have barely any lines.

Anyway, I have a ton of clips that are very clean, and I also have versions that have the radio effect applied to them. Since there's very little chance I'll continue this work on my own, would you be interested in taking these clips off my hands?

It's about 700 unique clips in total (x2 since I have non-radio versions as well).

I haven't heard your clips either, but apparently people in the comments were complaining about the audio quality. I can also show you how I ripped the audio track to get the voice samples.

Add me on Steam and PM me if you're interested.
