I don't really have any specific repro steps, other than maybe exiting with a cryopod? I was getting it pretty consistently a couple updates ago, would sometimes happen if you were say hitting F5 for a quick reconnect to the server. Otherwise you'd see it occasionally when just straight up exiting to menu.

Haven't seen it since 183.1 or 183.2 i think...so you might be out of the woods on this one :P I'll check to make sure I didn't remove it from our list... Edit*: Yeah, we removed the mod to avoid it, so the problem may still exist.
