People complaning about copyright are wrong, this is why.
Rusta-Cola is NOT a copyrighted word and is in no way affiliated with Coca-Cola, which is a trademarked product.

The font used on the Coca-Cola logo is Spencerian script, a font that's NOT copyrighted.

The color red that's used in the Coca-Cola logo is NOT copyrighted.

The only thing that sets any similarities to the Coca-Cola logo is the font and the color, these things are NOT copyrighted.

The Rusta-Cola logo set on the side of the refridgerators hyphen is spaced much further out in comparison to the Coca-Cola logo.

The Swirl located under the Rusta-Cola logo on the side of the refridgerator has never been used in any Coca-Cola logos.

The Rusta-Cola logo located on the front of the refridgerator looks nothing like any Coca-Cola logo that's ever been used.

The bottle used on the back is pantented by the Coca-Cola company, however this is for the unique 3D glass bottle invention, Coca-Cola comapany haven't trademarked the image of this iconic bottle.

In other words, no, this isn't a copyright issue.

IDEK why this is an "issue" in the first place. This is a unique workshop item and it looks very well done. There are items in the game that already probably infringe on copyright anyway like the Lava pick image textures and the punisher mask. I hope this gets into the game dude!

I think they're trying to say that the skin is inappropriate for Rust. Why though is as good as your guess, I think the skin is great!
