Bugs / Improvements
Very nice map! Its a decent size and very playable other than the bug. Would like to see you incorporate some of the improvements and your map would be sick!
Bugs:

None currently.

Improvements:

Would like to hear more ambient sounds like crickets out in the grass, maybe some screams every once in a while, blood dripping sounds in the butcher room. Would also like to see more blood around the map especially in the butcher, but also everywhere else. Maybe trails going into the office room. Have different lighting effects in the different rooms so they all look unique, for example lights blinking, more dark in some parts, etc. Would also like to play outside in the grass area, would be cool. Maybe incorporate an easter egg where you have to get a key to escape(win).

Not sure what might have happened with the zipline as I've used it a ton throughout various test playthroughs and have yet to have fallen off to my demise. Additionally, I have actually swapped out the default round change sounds for the Origins round change sounds, so perhaps something has gone astray while being uploaded to the workshop! Which would be most unfortunate. (Note: if anyone else experiences issues with the zipline feel free to let me know)

Besides that, your suggestions are quite good and would certainly make a fine addition to the map.

Hmmm i'll redownload the map to see if the bugs get fixed. I'll do playthrough later though and come back here to see if theyre fixed. I'll be looking forward to the update!!

So I redownloaded and did another playthrough and everything was fixed. Haven't had any problems, i'll just be looking forward to the next update!

So after playing your map some more I have some more feedback for improvements. I noticed that after turning on the power the map becomes very bright which I feel like it takes away from the eerieness of the map. Maybe have some of the lights broken or have some flicker. After turning on the power would also like to see red siren lights around the map that Blink or spin to show that a disaster has happened. I think the map could be more eerie, like adding flies near all the meat along with sound and I know you put blood in a past update but I think more would be good in the butcher room, room with the sink and anywhere you feel necessary and also in the butcher room if you can add water puddles but make them red so it looks and sounds like your stepping in a butcher room. I think their should be more fire surrounding the crashed plane and more debris that's stuck in the buildings ceiling with fire and sound etc. The truck in the box room you could put a bunch of those body bags in the back dripping with blood and flies all around it. This map is fun to play but I think it can be more creepy and awesome!
