New Planetary Edits that change planet modifiers
So...all i see is just a duplicate of the vanilla edicts, one set on top of the other. The tooltips are the same as well. Can you check this again? I can't use any of the new edicts.
Also, it may be because I have other mods activated, but I don't think any of them utilize custom edicts to that extent.

Sorry for the late, could you be more specific? those edits any can be used to remove the negative planet modifiers, and they any can be see and actived when the planet has those modifiers. Cause the game didn't have console code for add the planet modifiers, thus I any tested the modifier "bleak", and it indeed removed. And I cheak the file and code, the others also should be ok. So, could you please tell me which condition or which modifier you met, thank you.

@SilentOne I already fixed the problem, now after you removed the modifier by the edit, the edit will not show up again.

On the subject of planet modifiers, could you add an edict that will remove the "forlorn ruins" modifier which can be gained from the Horizon Signal quest chain? the negative -20% happiness is quite heavy and one of the only ones i've seen that cannot be removed.
