You know, it would be cool to make this weapon a secondary. Just think about these stats.

-1 shot per clip

-%25 slower reload

-%30 higher spread

-%25 more damage

-lights enemies on fire

Essentially it would be a blunderbuss with a torch on the front lighting the bullets on fire.
