Regarding Arabia
We have been working on Arabia the buff it deserves but unfortunately the traits themselves and the system makes it quite difficult to scale their traits by a factor of 10. But we're making progress.

One way we've made it work is that we give the Madrasa 10x bonus to Campus adjacency bonus so that the faith bonus gets multiplied. This also solves the glaring quirk of a campus having more faith than science.

Another is that we just give the Madrasa a flat faith bonus of say 30. This avoids the tremendous amount of science that is being given as a side effect but this doesn't quite accurately reflect the current trait.

Or we can just leave it as is until we make it the way it's supposed to.

Maybe you could use, a scale (I don't remember the name) that as high as you increase, the lower the increase is, in a manner that the maximum number equals infinite,

I don't know if that helps, but it is the same scale as The Enterprise commanded by Picard used for warp factor.
