i've restarted the game and fast travelled from whiterun to riverwood multiple times, but he still isnt spawning for me? Any solutions??? EDIT okay he's spawned now but i cant ask him to follow me

Do you mean he doesn't talk with you & you can't ask him any questions?
If you have a lot of other mods active it might cause the problem too :/

i can talk to him and get training from him but no option for him to follow me
