ty again for the update. I want to add one thing regarding your trait "diplomacy" which gives the following bonus at the moment (frankly have never thought about this before):
1. +5 diplomacy bonus
2. +10 diplomacy bonus, +1 corrupption bonus (in local region)
3. +15 diplomacy bonus , +5 corruption bonus (in local region), +5 growth (all regions)
Generally, I think your idea was to give each trait a malus when stepping from lvl 1 to 2 , increasing at lvl 3 but also give a 2nd bonus.. In this case this is a complete bonus for all levels when playing as Norsca (have not checked Chaos and Beastmen so far).
Same applies for "Camp Provisions", where the 3rd level is a Malus for Norsca as it gives a -1 Chaos Corruption in the local region.
In both cases this system works for Non-Chaos, but not the Chaos fractions, as I think you intended.
Just wanted to mention this in case you might to want to change this in the future somehow :)
