I just started using the mod and got the same thing ,, You need 1 open the command window ( not the chat box),,, should be ~ <--- that key ,, or if you have altered your settings as i do it can be the Insert key .. the command line will open and type DataCmd EE_AdminPanel . or just copy and paste :).. A option window will open and you just check place box ,, that's it.
