I am confused
I do not understand where to go in order to play the mod. I go to single player and select my CIv person. and then i launch the game and I have no cites and no settlers. I started the game on the industrial area but i got the same problem. I keep seeing that its a scenario but i can't seem to find under scernario. I am very confused.

choose mod-->check the box with the name "Noel's Earth 1939"-->launch mod-->set up game -->choose map-->check load scenario-->choose civ
