Starting over
I want to try to start over from scratch in SP, but all the resources, FOBs, and captured sectors are carried over each time I restart the scenario. How do I delete this information and start over?

As a side note, I had trouble with the fuel resource exceeding the cap and preventing me from building vehicles, does anyone know a fix for ths?

When you're in the lobby there's a configure option in the top right - open that up and at the bottom of the config page is two options to wipe the savegame and to confirm wipe savegame. Do that and you're golden.
