First, check if your problem has already been resolved in Bugs/Goofs before posting.

Make sure you are running the latest version of Hacknet and the latest version of Remote Desktop. You can check this by looking at the version number on the title screen (The version number is next to the Hacknet title) and by looking at the date of the version Remote Desktop is running (If there is no date, you are running a outdated version from before July 3rd, 2017).

Next, If you are playing a save you started before the latest update, try starting a new game and see if the problem persists.

If the problem persists, do the following before posting a bug report:

1. Right click on Hacknet, and click Properties
   
2. Click "Set Launch Options" and include the following argument: -enabledebug
   
3. Start Hacknet and load the affected save (Do NOT start a new game!)
   
4. When the extension has loaded, type the following command: printflags
   
5. If entered correctly, a list of currently active flags should appear in the terminal
   
6. Take a picture of the flags (F12, phone, as long as it's readable, it's fine) and upload them
   (Imgur is a good option)
   
7. Include the link to the picture containing the flags in your bug/goof report

FAILURE TO PERFORM THE ABOVE DECREASES THE CHANCE OF YOUR PROBLEM BEING FIXED.
