Using RoboJumpers Squad Select mod
So when using this mod in the mod options it gives the option of how big your starting squad size is from 1 to 10. What should I set it to comply with what this mod was designed for?

Go with 4 to begin with, and if you're having difficulty increase it somewhat.

How does one go about increasing the size? I have the mod installed (both) and do not see it in the menu options.

You need to download this and then go to the bottom of the options menu, you'll see mod options.
