soldier fatigue settings

for those of you using spectrum with soldier fatigue mod, what settings are you finding to fit well with the pace of the missions?

I didn't configure any settings, and it usually results in me having 2.5 squads. I see no reason why the recommended configuration of fatigue should be different for this mod than for vanilla.

I also didn't configure anything; right at the beginning I had soldiers fatigued for 18 to 19 days but a little further in the game it stays under 10 days.
I also play with more starting soldiers so I have no problems with outrunning soldiers.
