Bug/Issues
Love the mod, there are some challenges/issues I see though, maybe you can address?
1) Pirate bases/pirates spawning in owned player territory. While I don't mind the idea of a random pirate fleet spawning in an owned asteroid belt within my sensor coverage, it's not reasonable that a pirate fleet *and* a base are spawned in owned territory, really. (I am turning off the mod now until I can look through the files and see why it's allowing a station and fleet to spawn inside one of my COLONIZED systems.....)
2) Errors:
