As soon as I downloaded this mod and created a character of this race, I found a huge bug. I tried moving but he seemed to follow my camera and I was able to control him. Any solutions? :trolol:

Sounds awful, see if you can guide him into lava or something, that should temporarily solve your issue until I can work on a more permanent fix.

Interacting with a Fenerox NPC will have it die instantly to prevent the game from crashing.
The bug is instantly gone without this mod.

I've been looking through your files and found two things that give errors.

fenerox.config.patch on line 13 you have a , which then follows up by a ] on line 14 to end it.
This makes the ] invalid and thus causing an error.

mantizi.config on line 13 the exact same thing.
Although having a second look at mantizi.config it doesn't seem like it's a finished script.

aw yeah that's what I like to see: anything that makes my job easier. I'll take a look at it. I don't want to release an update that only cantains a few lines of code but I will if I don't get very many other bug reports.

e: I think I got it. As for mantizi.config, I'll do some testing but last time I checked it worked. It doesn't have the additional brackets because it's not a patch file, it's standalone. I am 100% ready to admit that I may be wrong though, I'll check it. Thanks again!

The ship booster on the back doesn't seem to work for me regardless if I'm moving the ship or not. this goes for all the tiers. On the broken ship tier the ones on the bottom refuse to work too (not sure if this is intentional). The same goes for Tier 8 altough I'm not sure if below the statue carrying the ship there's supposed to be thrusters or not.

Hello, you got a great mod here unsub, but issues (bugs is the topic so without further ado:
Had the same issue as ErikRedbeard, fenerox dieing left and right if they ever wanted to cross a word with me, but mine extended also to village guards; on detail for not having access to villageguard.config and such, presumably by a parsing error such as erik described earlier. Sadly i dont have the log at hand but i did see several ´ in place of ' on said file, not to mention fenerox.config. Thanks for the attention to this issue, will sub immediately when this is fixed; love this mod and dont want it gone from my game.

Hey just a thing you might want to know about while I was working on my own race mod that I encountered: in dialog/flee.config you probably still have a "helpThem" dialog bank, this is deprecated in Starbound's current version and should be removed.

Thanks for the reports, guys!

As for the boosters on the ship, a lot of objects in the mod are old as heck so they definitely need updating, I plan on going through all of them before I release the new version, and I'm going to double-check now that I know that it's causing people issues.

As for the Fenerox exploding, I've actually already implemented the fix for that. It was bad dialogue files, as you pointed out! Only reason I haven't released it yet is that I don't want to push an update with only a few lines of code changed, lol

I'll check out all of the dialogue files. Most of them are from v 1.0 or earlier, there's a lot I have to update.

Potential apex problem. I'm idling in an Apex settlement... and I start seeing Apex just die off left and right in a slow manner. No enemies around. No shots fired. No weapons swung just... boom, dead.
EDIT: I've noticed that they mainly die when they try to say "Help I'm being attacked!" or something along those lines.
Until this is fixed, I'm forced to remove it. >.<; Sorry.
I Recommend a thorough examination of all species dialogues. If it's affecting APEX As well... imagine what else it will affect.

Krazyfan1, quite a few of those errors seem to be coming from the Spooky Tweaks mod.

Yeah there are quite a few issues invovling dialogue and combat dialogue which causes NPCs to die frequently. Went through all my race mods and this was the only one causing the problem. If you NEED I can post a log.

Hey guys, thanks for the bug reports. I've been quiet for a while (explained in the main thread), but I'm reading these updates and taking notes down to fix them. I'll comb through all of the NPC dialogue and make sure I get everything, and I've recruited some friends into help me resolve these issues so we can jump into the game and really make sure we weed this problem out.
hi there! is this mod still having any kind of support? i really like this race and it's armours but i cannot craft them :steamsad:
