Change values
So I'm new to the modding community and your mod is the first and only mod loaded on my server.
I would like to know where and how I can change the element values per artefact to balance out the server I am running.
Was not really explained in your mod page but shows it is possible.

As per the mod description. Put in gameusersettings.ini. I have mine at the bottom.
